Alec Elrick vs Owen Simpson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New York State promoted show at Felippe Orihuela Gym, New York City,  taking place on 25/05/2027:

Clearly AI USA-New York State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Mid Atlantic Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alec Elrick (9 - 15(1) - 3) who hails from New York City, USA and Owen Simpson(19 - 1) from Philadelphia, USA.  Elrick weighed in at 167 pounds and 5 ounces, while Simpson weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Cavanaugh, and the three ringside judges are Patrick Moffitt, Ellis Cammon and Sam Callacghan.
