Carlos Ferrera vs Rafael Mar

Boxing Daily Report from the Habe Promotions promoted show at Quito Barreto, Quito,  taking place on 29/05/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ecuador-Pichincha Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Ferrera (10 - 2) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Rafael Mar(7 - 2) from Quito, Ecuador.  Ferrera weighed in at 159 pounds and 2 ounces, while Mar weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alvino Casiano, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Guitron, Neper Cifuentes and Rogelio Remigio.  

Round 1:
