Alejandro Marques vs Guido Montemayor

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Orfeo Superdome, Córdoba,  taking place on 03/07/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Argentina-Córdoba Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on America Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alejandro Marques (20(11) - 0) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Guido Montemayor(15 - 2) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Marques weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces, while Montemayor weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Desiderio Zermeno, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Mendivil, Jaguar Simeon and Diego Alvear.
