Lucas Otero vs Iago Matos

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at War Memorial Gymnasium, San Francisco,  taking place on 16/06/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lucas Otero (22(6) - 0 - 1) who hails from Riverside, USA and Iago Matos(16 - 8 - 1) from La Paz, Bolivia.  Otero weighed in at 147 pounds, while Matos weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Josh Beltran, and the three ringside judges are Stuart Purcell, Dillon Ireland and Billy Gracie.  

Round 1: 

Otero lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Otero feints a jab, fooling Matos into launching a right uppercut counter.  Otero avoids the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Matos manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Matos digs in a left hook to his opponents body.
