Obiajulu Kugblenu vs Subusiso Motupa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Ian Van Ryneveld Gym, Soweto,  taking place on 28/05/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Obiajulu Kugblenu (11 - 3 - 6) who hails from Randburg, South Africa and Subusiso Motupa(11 - 11 - 1) from Roodepoort, South Africa.  Both Kugblenu and Motupa weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Uba Akamenya, and the three ringside judges are Mzikayise Tlolane, Vuyisile Sekola and John Nzambi.  

Round 1: 

Motupa gets on the inside and walks his opponent into a corner.  Kugblenu connects with a left hook.

Motupa closes the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Kugblenu has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
