Ediz Tosun vs Iskender Sokullu

Boxing Daily Report from the Cobbina Promotions promoted show at Ankara Erdinch, Ankara,  taking place on 01/06/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Turkey-Ankara Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV Spor, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ediz Tosun (17 - 6 - 2) who hails from Ankara, Turkey and Iskender Sokullu(14 - 13 - 1) from Ankara, Turkey.  Tosun weighed in at 122 pounds, while Sokullu weighed in at 121 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ilker Gruda, and the three ringside judges are Ediz Murat, Doruk Yigit and Engin Birol.  

Round 1: 

Sokullu advances into close range and is on target with a right uppercut.
