Duncan McDonald vs Evan Higgins

Boxing Daily Report from the Mthethwa Promotions promoted show at Glasgow Lipton, Glasgow,  taking place on 19/06/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Celtic Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Duncan McDonald (15(2) - 1) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Evan Higgins(17 - 5(1)) from Bangor, UK.  McDonald weighed in at 174 pounds and 5 ounces, while Higgins weighed in at 174 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dai Tierney, and the three ringside judges are Phil Gibson, Dean Quinlan and Rhod Gwenn.
