Sorrel Diop vs Kunle Anubi

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Dakar International Conference Center, Dakar,  taking place on 12/08/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Western African Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on One, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sorrel Diop (22(7) - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Kunle Anubi(19(2) - 0) from Ilesa, Nigeria.  Diop weighed in at 174 pounds and 14 ounces, while Anubi weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Garner Seyrig, and the three ringside judges are Brigham Coly, Royal Ankah and Valentin Gasson.
