Gig Berlanga vs Jose Hermida

Boxing Daily Report from the Chilembe Promotions promoted show at Havana Urrea, Havana,  taking place on 16/05/2027:

Clearly Chilembe Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cuba Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gig Berlanga (12 - 2) who hails from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba and Jose Hermida(6 - 9(1) - 7) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Berlanga and Hermida weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Maria, and the three ringside judges are Neper Quinonez, Ulises Lagos and Beltran Diaz.
