Angel Carris vs Beltran Almada

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Pernambuco promoted show at Recife Hipolito, Recife,  taking place on 13/06/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Brazil-Pernambuco Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Esporte Interativo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Angel Carris (19(2) - 1) who hails from Recife, Brazil and Beltran Almada(15 - 8(1) - 5) from Recife, Brazil.  Both Carris and Almada weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xalvador Silverio, and the three ringside judges are Enzo Vida, Leonardo Porto and Diego Dimas.  

Round 1: 

Carris lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Almada throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
