Napoleon Oliech vs Sinclair Baston

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at UWF Arena, Las Vegas,  taking place on 18/06/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Napoleon Oliech (6(2) - 0) who hails from Kikuyu, Kenya and Sinclair Baston(4 - 8 - 4) from Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  Both Oliech and Baston weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ellis Slight, and the three ringside judges are Pedro Lua, Mark Hasson and Dale Cloyd.  

Round 1: 

Oliech gets on the inside.  Baston attempts to land a left hook, but Oliech sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Baston throws a left uppercut, but Oliech ties up his opponent.  Oliech is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Oliech about fouling.  
Oliech walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Oliech lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Oliech connects with a left hook.  Oliech clinches his opponent.  Oliech leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Oliech's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Baston's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Baston's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Baston's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.
