Nao Sakuma vs Isamu Yasui

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Saitama promoted show at Ace Boxing Gym, Saitama,  taking place on 16/06/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Saitama Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nao Sakuma (4 - 7 - 2) who hails from Koshigaya, Japan and Isamu Yasui(9(1) - 0 - 1) from Saitama, Japan.  Both Sakuma and Yasui weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hajime Sada, and the three ringside judges are Satoru Matsui, Mitsuru Kamei and Yasushi Ikeda.  

Round 1: 

Yasui gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Yasui lands a right uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Yasui forces Sakuma to back into the corner.  Yasui is on target with a left uppercut to Sakuma's body.  
Sakuma throws a right hook, but Yasui clinches his opponent.  Yasui is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Yasui.  
Yasui gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Yasui drives a left hook into Sakuma's liver.  
Yasui pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Yasui is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but is unable to find the target.  Yasui ties up his opponent.  Yasui is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Sakuma switches the action to the outside.  Yasui lands a jab.  
Yasui is looking to close the distance and forces Sakuma to retreat onto the ropes.  Yasui digs in a left hook to his opponents body.

Sakuma tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross.  
Yasui closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Sakuma throws a right hook, but Yasui ties up his opponent.  Yasui leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Yasui's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Yasui lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Sakuma switches the action to the outside.  Yasui lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Yasui steps inside and lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Yasui hits home with a ramrod jab.  
Yasui drives a left uppercut into Sakuma's ribs.  
Yasui lands a left uppercut.  As Yasui tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Sakuma dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Sakuma.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Yasui attempts to land a right uppercut, but Sakuma blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
