Ichiro Imamura vs Daichi Takenaka

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Saitama promoted show at Kyo Hashimoto Gym, Koshigaya,  taking place on 23/05/2027:

Clearly AI Japan-Saitama have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Saitama Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ichiro Imamura (13 - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Kawaguchi, Japan and Daichi Takenaka(14 - 7(1) - 1) from Saitama, Japan.  Imamura weighed in at 112 pounds, while Takenaka weighed in at 112 pounds and 7 ounces.    As Takenaka came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Ichiro Tsuchiya, and the three ringside judges are Akira Asai, Dai Shiroma and Michi Amano.
