Faisal Popal vs Blake Waterson

Boxing Daily Report from the Goofy promoted show at Village Resort Hotel, Blackpool,  taking place on 22/06/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British-Northern England Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Faisal Popal (17(1) - 2) who hails from Middlesbrough, UK and Blake Waterson(16 - 0 - 1) from Preston, UK.  Both Popal and Waterson weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Matthew McAlister, and the three ringside judges are Peter MacQuarrie, Haaris Obeid and Harry Marchbank.
