Charles Zonga vs Umair Noori

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nakuru promoted show at Nakuru Kassar, Nakuru,  taking place on 23/06/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Charles Zonga (10 - 2 - 3) who hails from Nakuru, Kenya and Umair Noori(8 - 8 - 1) from Naivasha, Kenya.  Both Zonga and Noori weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ibrahim Halaby, and the three ringside judges are Andy Uttien, Marques Muriuki and David Beauttah.
