Montana Ortega vs Berto Busto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Jalisco promoted show at Rodrigo Olan Gym, Zapopan,  taking place on 25/06/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Jalisco Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montana Ortega (12 - 3 - 4) who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico and Berto Busto(12 - 11 - 3) from Tonala, Mexico.  Both Ortega and Busto weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cisco Amador, and the three ringside judges are Cuba Tiscareno, Onofre Cassillas and Kiki Calzadilla.  

Round 1: 

Ortega feints a right hook, but Busto ignores the feint and lands with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Busto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Busto closes the distance and walks his opponent into a corner.  Busto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Busto tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to Busto's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ortega's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Busto's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
