Gig Medina vs Nasario Corte

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Mexico State promoted show at Tlalnepantla Banales, Tlalnepantla,  taking place on 25/06/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Mexico State Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gig Medina (13 - 6 - 3 - 1(NC)) who hails from Tlalnepantla, Mexico and Nasario Corte(14 - 5 - 3) from Ecatepec, Mexico.  Medina weighed in at 147 pounds, while Corte weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Iago Riquelme, and the three ringside judges are Dario Montes, Noe Moreno and Emilio Llano.
