Ben Inzikuru vs Arnie Carnegie

Boxing Daily Report from the Bones Promotions promoted show at Sid Moffet Gym, Oxnard,  taking place on 30/06/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ben Inzikuru (9(7) - 0) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Arnie Carnegie(3 - 2 - 3) from Gainesville, USA.  Inzikuru weighed in at 244 pounds and 4 ounces, while Carnegie weighed in at 234 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Peter Ronald, and the three ringside judges are Alec Deans, Paul Kelton and Josh Blancas.  

Round 1: 

Inzikuru closes the distance and hits home with a firm right uppercut.  Inzikuru holds on to his opponent.  Inzikuru is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Inzikuru.  
Inzikuru forces Carnegie to retreat onto the ropes.  Inzikuru drives a sharp right hook into his opponents body.  
Inzikuru advances into close range and is on target with a right hook.  Inzikuru ties up his opponent.  Inzikuru leans on his opponent using all his weight. Inzikuru is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Inzikuru and breaks the clinch.  
Inzikuru lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Carnegie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Inzikuru lands a jab followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Carnegie steps inside.  Inzikuru lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Inzikuru steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  
Inzikuru gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Inzikuru is looking to close the distance.  Carnegie throws a right uppercut, but Inzikuru holds on to his opponent.  Inzikuru leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Carnegie throws a left uppercut, but Inzikuru ties up his opponent.  Inzikuru leans on his opponent using all his weight. Inzikuru uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Carnegie's kidney. As they grapple, Carnegie pushes his forearm into Inzikuru's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Inzikuru manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Inzikuru lands a right uppercut to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  
Inzikuru digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Inzikuru lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Carnegie's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Carnegie's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Carnegie's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Inzikuru lands a right uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.
