Hitoshi Kimura vs Fumio Tanaka

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 17/07/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Japan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hitoshi Kimura (18(7) - 2(1)) who hails from Kashiwa, Japan and Fumio Tanaka(18(1) - 2(1) - 1) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Kimura and Tanaka weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kaede Toyama, and the three ringside judges are Yutaka Hirayama, Dai Usui and Hideki Ishibashi.
