Voshon Sikali vs Shinji Naito

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Yokohama Arena, Yokohama,  taking place on 21/08/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Voshon Sikali (20(9) - 1) who hails from Mamelodi, South Africa and Shinji Naito(13 - 2(2)) from Sendai, Japan.  Both Sikali and Naito weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mitsuru Horiuchi, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Koizumi, Takeshi Furutani and Hajime Morita.  

Round 1: 

Naito digs in a left hook to Sikali's liver.

Sikali switches the action to the outside and throws an overhand right, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Sikali is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Naito almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Naito cuts off the ring, trapping Sikali in the corner.  Naito pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Sikali pivots to the side of his opponent.  Sikali slams a hurtful left uppercut into Naito's liver.  NAITO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Sikali throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  Naito quickly recovers.

He follows up the attack and lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head, AND NAITO IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Sikali!
