Ioakim Kovalski vs Gennady Gurka

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ukraine-Kiev Oblast promoted show at Kiev Alypov, Kiev,  taking place on 02/07/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ukraine-Kiev Oblast Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ioakim Kovalski (15 - 4 - 3) who hails from Bila Tserkva, Ukraine and Gennady Gurka(12 - 4 - 1) from Kiev, Ukraine.  Kovalski weighed in at 160 pounds, while Gurka weighed in at 159 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vasili Slivka, and the three ringside judges are Aleksandr Andryunin, Sasha Archacki and Volodymyr Van.
