Laken Govender vs Thulani Bapela

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxers promoted show at Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg,  taking place on 30/06/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Laken Govender (2 - 0) who hails from Randburg, South Africa and Thulani Bapela(1 - 1) from Mitchells Plain, South Africa.  Govender weighed in at 147 pounds, while Bapela weighed in at 146 pounds and 6 ounces.
