Khavar Baguirov vs Amer Aboud

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Heydar Aliyev Sports Complex, Baku,  taking place on 21/08/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Azerbaijan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AZTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Khavar Baguirov (24(5) - 1 - 1) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Amer Aboud(18 - 4 - 1) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Baguirov and Aboud weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Seyfulla Ismailov, and the three ringside judges are Malik Shabazz, Nasimi Bacho and Aghasafa Abdurakhmanov.
