Spencer Govender vs Umi Quansah

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Ian Van Ryneveld Gym, Soweto,  taking place on 09/07/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Spencer Govender (9 - 1) who hails from Pretoria, South Africa and Umi Quansah(5 - 13 - 3) from Mamelodi, South Africa.  Govender weighed in at 154 pounds, while Quansah weighed in at 153 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Luvolwethu Khumalo, and the three ringside judges are Colin Ntambwe, Nwa Ntuli and Thomas Kotze.
