Joaquin Cara vs Joaquin Alviar

Boxing Daily Report from the Acheampong Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Gonzalez, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 16/06/2027:

Clearly Acheampong Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Cara (6 - 10 - 3) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Joaquin Alviar(12 - 8 - 2) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Cara weighed in at 259 pounds, while Alviar weighed in at 247 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rogelio Sagun, and the three ringside judges are Ramirez Banegas, Tajo Verano and Joaquin Bacallao.
