Wilmer Scharf vs Geoff Lau

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Austria-Upper Austria promoted show at Raymond Bachmann Gym, Linz,  taking place on 15/07/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Austria Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Wilmer Scharf (7 - 9(1) - 1) who hails from Linz, Austria and Geoff Lau(3 - 4 - 3) from Salzburg, Austria.  Both Scharf and Lau weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gus Fjrvr, and the three ringside judges are Madelhari Yenovk, Gus Fjrvr and Trennen Leschtschynskia.  

Round 1: 

Lau is on target with a left hook.  
Lau attempts to land a jab, but Scharf blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
