Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Jackson Mkhize Gym, Soweto,  taking place on 17/06/2027:

Clearly AI South Africa-Gauteng have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khalon Mkhize (8 - 7 - 5) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Rob Van Jaarsveld(13 - 4 - 3) from Mamelodi, South Africa.  Both Mkhize and Van Jaarsveld weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Khumalo, and the three ringside judges are John Masina, Johnny Kamalebo and Lemme Van der Linde.
