Tien Manh vs Kei Kinoshita

Boxing Daily Report from the Ninja Warriors promoted show at Mikaho Gymnasium, Sapporo,  taking place on 04/07/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Tien Manh (1 - 0) who hails from Hanoi, Vietnam and Kei Kinoshita(4 - 5 - 2) from Chiba, Japan.  Manh weighed in at 160 pounds, while Kinoshita weighed in at 159 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yutaka Omura, and the three ringside judges are Raiden Sera, Eiji Suzuki and Satoru Yasui.  

Round 1: 

Manh strikes his opponents body with a jab.

Manh lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Kinoshita is looking to close the distance.  Manh lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Manh throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Manh hits home with a left uppercut.  
Manh pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a solid right hook to Kinoshita's body.  
Manh advances into close range.  Manh is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents ribcage.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kinoshita dabs at his face checking for damage.  Kinoshita has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Manh snaps his opponents head back with a sharp jab.
