Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Distrito Capital promoted show at Bogota Asuncion, Bogota,  taking place on 16/07/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xavion Merced (17 - 2) who hails from Cartagena, Colombia and Alejandro Ignacio(13 - 2) from Bogota, Colombia.  Both Merced and Ignacio weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jesus Arabia, and the three ringside judges are Angel Salmeron, Vicente Marrero and Ponce Carreon.
