Tom MacDiarmid vs Bart Lyons

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami,  taking place on 28/08/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the USA Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Tom MacDiarmid (11 - 0 - 1) who hails from Norfolk, USA and Bart Lyons(11 - 7 - 1) from New York City, USA.  MacDiarmid weighed in at 104 pounds and 12 ounces, while Lyons weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eduardo Liberato, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Llanas, Chris Villalta and Paul Maskell.  

Round 1: 

MacDiarmid gets on the inside and connects with a left uppercut.
