Juan Resendes vs Jose Amante

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Copacabana Palace, Rio de Janeiro,  taking place on 25/07/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Resendes (16(2) - 0 - 2) who hails from Salvador, Brazil and Jose Amante(8 - 13 - 3) from Goiania, Brazil.  Resendes weighed in at 199 pounds and 14 ounces, while Amante weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Corte, and the three ringside judges are Bronco Campos, Gabriel Villarroel and Xaverius Lombardo.
