Charlie Amor vs Jeong-ho Shon

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Centennial Gardens, Bakersfield,  taking place on 18/08/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Charlie Coco Amor (21(11) - 1) who hails from Modesto, USA and Jeong-ho Shon(17 - 7(2)) from Incheon, South Korea.  Both Amor and Shon weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Torry, and the three ringside judges are David Ness, Peter Ronald and Seth Coria.  

Round 1: 

Amor lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Shon attempts to land a cross, but Amor sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Amor is on target with a cross.  
Shon gets on the inside.  Amor pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Shon drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Amor lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Shon closes the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Amor tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Shon steps inside.  Amor attempts to land a right hook, but Shon blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Amor tries to step out of his opponents range.  Amor feints a cross, and then lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Shon advances into close range and manages to force Amor onto the ropes.  Shon lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
As Amor tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Shon dabs at his face checking for damage.  Shon has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.  
Shon lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Amor hits home with a right hook.  
Shon lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Amor ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Shon pushes his forearm into Amor's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Shon about fouling.  
Shon is on target with a cross.

Amor is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.  
Shon gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Shon attempts to land a left hook, but Amor sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Shon walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Amor throws a right hook, but misses the target.  Amor holds on to his opponent.  Shon is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Shon closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Amor is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Amor feints a jab, and then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Amor lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Shon advances into close range and is on target with a right hook.  
Amor switches the action to the outside and hits home with a cross.

Shon sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Amor is looking to keep his distance.  Shon sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Amor lands a spiteful jab.

Amor attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Shon's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Amor lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND SHON IS DOWN!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Amor!
