Vidal Lomas vs Neron Cantillo

Boxing Daily Report from the Pearlnew Promotions promoted show at Sixto Escobar Stadium, San Juan,  taking place on 30/08/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Puerto Rico Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vidal Lomas (16(5) - 0) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Neron Cantillo(9(1) - 3 - 5) from San Juan, Puerto Rico.  Lomas weighed in at 129 pounds and 9 ounces, while Cantillo weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Torres, and the three ringside judges are Neper Hidalgo, Juan Laurel and Ulises Monforte.
