Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Western Cape promoted show at Mitchells Plain Cilliers, Mitchells Plain,  taking place on 30/06/2027:

Clearly AI South Africa-Western Cape have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Western Cape Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gift Motsoaledi (5 - 4 - 2) who hails from Khayelitsha, South Africa and Sam Kotze(4 - 4 - 3) from Khayelitsha, South Africa.  Both Motsoaledi and Kotze weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Madisha Mini, and the three ringside judges are Laken Ako, Xhosas Serero and Kasi Hlatshwayo.  

Round 1: 

Kotze steps to the outside and is on target with a jab.  Kotze throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.
