Myrl Mandel vs Wilhelm Schenck

Boxing Daily Report from the JH Promotions promoted show at Jacob Gym, Munich,  taking place on 24/07/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Myrl Mandel (6 - 0) who hails from Nuremberg, Germany and Wilhelm Schenck(5 - 13 - 1) from Bremerhaven, Germany.  Mandel weighed in at 199 pounds And 9 ounces, while Schenck weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arnold Gerdeman, and the three ringside judges are Einhardt Matzek, Eckerd Birkhofer and Archard Labus.  

Round 1: 

Mandel closes the distance and drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.

Mandel throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Mandel ties up his opponent.  Mandel hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref breaks Mandel's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Schenck's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Schenck's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Schenck's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
