Rex Wemyss vs Jake Moris

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Capital Territory promoted show at Canberra Reekie, Canberra,  taking place on 01/08/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rex Wemyss (11(1) - 4) who hails from Canberra, Australia and Jake Moris(7 - 7 - 2) from Gold Coast, Australia.  Wemyss weighed in at 115 pounds, while Moris weighed in at 114 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Callum Purcell, and the three ringside judges are Danny McCornack, Bob Ivory and Charles Battaglia.
