Michael McCrory vs Will Tarbet

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Illinois Holocaust Museum, Chicago,  taking place on 16/08/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Great Lakes Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael McCrory (7 - 3 - 3) who hails from Chicago, USA and Will Tarbet(11 - 0 - 1) from Fort Wayne, USA.  Both McCrory and Tarbet weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alen Valentine, and the three ringside judges are Inigo Gillies, Sam Touch and Will Cockburn.  

Round 1: 

McCrory steps to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Tarbet lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Tarbet is looking to keep his distance.  McCrory sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
McCrory switches the action to the outside and tries to land a cross, but Tarbet blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Tarbet advances into close range and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Tarbet is looking to close the distance and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Tarbet lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Tarbet lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Tarbet holds on to his opponent.  Tarbet pushes his forearm into McCrory's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Tarbet about fouling.
