Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 31/07/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the WRBO Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Quds Alhawwat (25(13) - 3(3)) who hails from Safi, Morocco and Goga Kot(19(3) - 7(1) - 1) from Novorossiysk, Russia.  Both Alhawwat and Kot weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Stuart Gowan, and the three ringside judges are Fraser McNabb, Francesco Ghiglia and Ian Rabb.
