Bruce Mkwananzi vs Shevon Phaahla

Boxing Daily Report from the Donnelly Boxing promoted show at Large City Hall, Bulawayo,  taking place on 26/09/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Southern African Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Bruce Mkwananzi (26(10) - 1) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Shevon Phaahla(19 - 3 - 1) from Tembisa, South Africa.  Both Mkwananzi and Phaahla weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jack Shamuyarira, and the three ringside judges are Matt Quilliam, Noah Chipendo and George Chimutengwende.
