Afon Cherkasov vs Viktor Simonich

Boxing Daily Report from the Bonsam Promotions promoted show at Nizhnekamsk Frolova, Nizhnekamsk,  taking place on 08/08/2027:

Clearly Bonsam Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Tatarstan Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Afon Cherkasov (1 - 9 - 3) who hails from Kazan, Russia and Viktor Simonich(3 - 21 - 4) from Nizhnekamsk, Russia.  Both Cherkasov and Simonich weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pyotr Berkutov, and the three ringside judges are Vikenti Torshin, Andrii Yurkovich and Pyotr Berkutov.
