Jake Cure vs Johnny Blacketer

Boxing Daily Report from the Namugerwa Promotions promoted show at Oliver Benichou Gym, Edmonton,  taking place on 16/08/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Canada-Alberta Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jake Cure (15 - 0) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Johnny Blacketer(3 - 15) from Edmonton, Canada.  Cure weighed in at 167 pounds and 11 ounces, while Blacketer weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Patrick Raven, and the three ringside judges are Sam Mortimer, Leeroy Craik and Nathan Green.
