Kazuki Miyoshi vs Keiichi Fukuda

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Tokyo International Forum, Tokyo,  taking place on 14/08/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kazuki Miyoshi (17(2) - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Amagasaki, Japan and Keiichi Fukuda(8 - 6 - 3) from Hachioji, Japan.  Both Miyoshi and Fukuda weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kyo Arima, and the three ringside judges are Kaede Toyama, Kaede Tsuchida and Kazuhiko Nakano.  

Round 1: 

Miyoshi steps inside.  Miyoshi pivots to the left of his opponent.  Fukuda throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Miyoshi's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Miyoshi lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Miyoshi holds on to his opponent.  Miyoshi pushes his forearm into Fukuda's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Miyoshi.  
Miyoshi advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Miyoshi clinches his opponent.  Miyoshi is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Miyoshi tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Fukuda's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Miyoshi dabs at his face checking for damage.  Miyoshi has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Miyoshi lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Fukuda almost instantly recovers. 
Miyoshi advances into close range and throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Miyoshi ties up his opponent.  Miyoshi leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Miyoshi feints a jab and triggers a left uppercut counter from Fukuda.  Miyoshi is waiting for the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Miyoshi closes the distance and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Miyoshi throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Miyoshi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Miyoshi to stop holding.  
Fukuda tries to keep the action at long range.  Miyoshi lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.
