Michael Forbes vs Daniel Watters

Boxing Daily Report from the Jay Morgo promoted show at Jay Gym, Nassau,  taking place on 08/08/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Michael Forbes (0 - 0) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Daniel Watters(4 - 6(1) - 1) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Forbes weighed in at 168 pounds, while Watters weighed in at 167 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Steven Tough, and the three ringside judges are John Hanton, William Dee and John Leys.

Forbes advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.  
Watters tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to Watters's body.

Forbes gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Forbes steps to the outside.  Forbes quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Forbes is looking to close the distance.  Forbes is on target with a firm right hook to his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Watters dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Watters.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
