Javier Velez vs Quico Hinojos

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Chile-Santiago promoted show at La Florida Pomar, La Florida,  taking place on 14/08/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Chile-Santiago Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Javier Velez (13 - 3) who hails from Maipu, Chile and Quico Hinojos(11 - 7 - 3) from La Florida, Chile.  Velez weighed in at 160 pounds, while Hinojos weighed in at 159 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Antonio Vasquez, and the three ringside judges are Rio Guerrero, Alejandro Cossio and Vicente Pintor.
