Santiago Gardin vs Jose Jiron

Boxing Daily Report from the Bolivar Fighting promoted show at Porfio Ras Gym, Cartagena,  taking place on 14/08/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Colombia-Bolivar Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Gardin (9 - 6 - 3) who hails from Magangue, Colombia and Jose Jiron(3 - 0) from Magangue, Colombia.  Both Gardin and Jiron weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Nanez, and the three ringside judges are Ramirez Palomar, Fidel Canizales and Neper Eusebio.  

Round 1: 

Jiron manouvers Gardin into a neutral corner.  Jiron drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Jiron walks Gardin down, trapping him on the ropes.  Jiron lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Gardin throws a right uppercut, but Jiron clinches his opponent.  Jiron is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
