Leggett de Laroche vs Verity Perec

Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Provence-Alpes-Cote dAzur promoted show at Marseille Perec, Marseille,  taking place on 17/08/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the France-Provence-Alpes-Cote dAzur Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leggett de Laroche (9 - 3 - 1) who hails from Nice, France and Verity Perec(16 - 11(2) - 1) from Marseille, France.  de Laroche weighed in at 121 pounds and 9 ounces, while Perec weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Verity Omer, and the three ringside judges are Hackett Claude, Jeffrey Lenoir and Verity Omer.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as de Laroche dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to de Laroche.  That has caused bad swelling  around the right eye.
