Yutaka Shimoda vs Jun Tajima

Boxing Daily Report from the Kamwi Promotions promoted show at Ichiro Tao Gym, Kyoto,  taking place on 24/08/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kyoto Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yutaka Shimoda (8 - 6 - 2) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Jun Tajima(13 - 4 - 4) from Kyoto, Japan.  Shimoda weighed in at 146 pounds And 13 ounces, while Tajima weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kazuhiko Ozawa, and the three ringside judges are Jiro Sugimoto, Takeshi Shimizu and Naoki Kawasaki.
