Cris Copas vs Francisco Coreas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nicaragua-Masaya promoted show at Seferino Bobo Gym, Masaya,  taking place on 27/07/2027:

Clearly AI Nicaragua-Masaya have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Masaya Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cris Copas (13 - 5 - 1) who hails from Masaya, Nicaragua and Francisco Coreas(3 - 0) from Masaya, Nicaragua.  Copas weighed in at 135 pounds, while Coreas weighed in at 134 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Marjun Casco, and the three ringside judges are Jose Felix, Juan Triana and Cipriano Casado.  

Round 1: 

Coreas hits home with a firm left hook.

Coreas lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
It looks like Copas has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
