Jun Shiro vs Goro Miyagawa

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo,  taking place on 05/09/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jun Shiro (7(1) - 0) who hails from Fuji, Japan and Goro Miyagawa(14 - 4(1) - 1) from Yokohama, Japan.  Both Shiro and Miyagawa weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eiji Mizuno, and the three ringside judges are Kaede Tsuchida, Yasushi Shishido and Akira Kishimoto.  

Round 1: 

Shiro gets on the inside.  Shiro quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Miyagawa is on target with a left hook to Shiro's body.  Miyagawa throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Shiro's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
