Gus Cathcart vs Noel Nyumbu

Boxing Daily Report from the Harare Boxing Club promoted show at Chitungwiza Lockey, Chitungwiza,  taking place on 23/08/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zimbabwe Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gus Cathcart (12 - 6 - 2) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Noel Nyumbu(17 - 4(1) - 2) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Cathcart and Nyumbu weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Chipeta, and the three ringside judges are John Ngoma, Connor Sadomba and Jack Feamster.
